Ultranova is our Exclusive Profit Sharing Scheme which enables you to have a state of art ULTRASUN Professional Sunbed while minimising your capital outlay and on-going expenses.

The basic idea of Profit Share is that 50% of the income generated each month from sunbed usage is kept by you, and 50% is paid to Ultranova via monthly returns (inclusive of VAT).

At the inception of the Profit Share Agreement, you'll pay Ultranova a 10% deposit. This is calculated on the value of the UltraSun sunbed exclusive of VAT. The deposit is returnable at the end of the Agreement.

The costs for delivery and installation will be covered by ULTRANOVA and delivery will be carried out upon receipt of your signed Agreement and once we have confirmed that you have a suitable and electrically prepared site.
The electrical specifications for the ULTRASUN Professional Sunbeds will be given to you in detail when your agreement is drawn up, together with the exact details of the style of sunbed installation and the type of electrical installation required.
You will find all these specifications listed for you on the Price List enclosed with your agreement. If you have any queries with these specifications please contact our office.
The costs that your Centre will incur will be insurance for the Sunbed and of course electricity (an average sunbed session costs about 15 pence per session in electricity).
We will request your confirmation that the necessary insurance is in force prior to delivery, and that the site is suitable and electrically prepared.

All our ULTRASUN equipment is supplied with a generous 'free of charge' starter kit, which contains a full Sea Bronze Display, goggles and display unit, record cards, tanning guideline leaflets, wall charts, stickers and a superb ULTRASUN poster (total value over £300.00). Order forms, return forms and a training manual will also be provide with your starter pack.

Basic maintenance training will be given upon installation and full operational training will follow within a few days, by your area representative. A certificate will be awarded to all staff involved with training.
You will be shown how to use the bed correctly and safely, how to repair minor faults, cleaning the equipment, use of creams and goggles, where to find the hour reading, etc.

Should a fault occur on the equipment or the token system, please contact ULTRANOVA immediately, where your call will be dealt with by an engineer or actioned for a call out. Call out is normally within 48 hours, depending on location and urgency of the situation, this is applicable to week days only.
Again, all costs of call outs and ordinary repairs are covered by ULTRANOVA.

In order to provide a first class tanning service to your clients it is important that the equipment is serviced and cleaned properly and on a regular basis. Servicing is carried out between every 500 - 600 hours, by our own trained engineers, at our cost.
A full service would include, re-tubing, replacing burners and starters, checking all fans, switches, wiring, etc. and thorough cleaning. The only costs to yourselves would be the cleaning fluid supplied to your clients for 'after session' hygiene.

At the end of each month, a reminder will be sent to you to send in your Profit Share return form for that month, ie. if the equipment was delivered on 3rd January 2008, your first return would be from 3rd - 31st January, 2008 and would be due no later than the first week of February 2008.
Following receipt of your return, together with payment, we will raise a VAT 'Paid' invoice and send it to you immediately for your records.

The Agreement states a Hire Period of 'continuous'. We would like to point out that you are not legally bound 'continuously' to the contract. Should either party wish to review the situation concerning prices due notification must be given and agreed by both parties. Should either party wish to terminate the Agreement, ONE MONTHS NOTICE in writing must be given prior to collection of the equipment.
